Q: How do I place an order?

Orders may be placed online at www.jthomascollectibles.net

We accept VISA, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. Your card will not be charged until your item(s) ships. We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to states applicable that require a sales tax.

We ship Worldwide.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders for in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day.

You should receive your items within 7 - 10 business days once they have shipped, using Priority Mail Shipping thru USPS. 

We reserve the right to ship your order (s) thru UPS or FedEx. or USPS

We will email you a Shipment Confirmation which will include a tracking number so that you may track your package.

Q: What happens if my item (s) are backordered?

If you order more than one item, we will ship you the in-stock items immediately. Items on backorder are noted on our website with the approximate date the item is due in our warehouse. Your backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it. In addition, from time to time we may release promotional pre-orders for restricted issue and limited editions. These orders will be shipped to you in the sequence in which orders are received, as soon as its shipment arrives at our warehouse. Both backorder and special/limited edition pre-orders are typically turned around within 24 hours from receipt from the manufacturer.

Q: What if I want to return my item(s)?

You can always shop with confidence at J.Thomas Collectibles. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement. You can return items within 30 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund. No questions asked!

Please visit our "Return Policy" page for more information.  All returned items must be in their original vendor packaging and be in “like new” condition.  We cannot accept open or used items for return.
For damaged products, please contact customer service at j.thomascollectibles7@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving the product.
